Got home early today, so we spent some extra time with Shio. We decided to take him out to the little tiny beach-like area under the Manhattan Bridge.
Above is Shio's "hero pose."
After some fun climbing on rocks and stuff, we went to the dog run to hang out with Tommy.
After that, we gave Shio a special treat: raw hide that is bigger than his head!
All in all, I think Shio had a pretty good day.

As a side note, it has been a while since I have shot digital. It is definitely very different. One thing is for sure -- I don't miss post-processing photos whatsoever!
Now that we have finally settled down, Shio has made his return to Prospect Park. Shio is much happier in the open field vs. the dog run. Lately, he has been prone to getting angry and fighting with other dogs at the nearby dog-run.
Check out the little bit of treat left on Shio's tongue! Hee hee...
