Saturday was probably one of the coldest days of the years so far. Ting and I were both bundled up in our warmest clothes. Shio and Emi, on the other hand, were happy to run free in the park.
It was so cold I couldn't even really focus on taking photos...!

Today we went to meet up with Kaiju at his grandpawrents' place. They were all very accommodating, allowing the three shibas (that's right -- Goo Goo was there too) to run around the backyard. Kaiju and Shio were fast friends -- they immediately starting playing with each other with no issues whatsoever. They were destined to be brofurs.
After about 90 minutes of playing in the sun, Shio and Kaiju were exhausted.

Shio has become a much happier puppy due to the change in weather. Not only is he more playful when we take him to the park, etc., he is even walking well on the leash during routine walks! This past weekend we took him to Prospect Park, and he had the zoomies...
However, he was very good about listening to us and coming back to the pack when called.
All in all, the three of us were all happy.

This little lens, by the way, is really friggin' awesome.
We took Shio to yet another dog run near us -- Rapelye Dog Run. But this time, Shio was surprised to the downside; the dog run was quiet, boring, and seemed abandoned almost...
The last photo is great, because Shio basically tells us exactly how he feels about this particular dog run...
